I think they took too long to get to the part where they explain why exercise is good for you.
Calories in-caloroes out. That’s how you lose weight. I didn’t realize that there were people still out there who things exercise alone is how you lose weight.
But exercise is great for you and you should definitely do it… especially for your heart.

Yep. More simplistically, exercise makes you healthy. It doesn’t make you lose fat in the long term.
