realcaseyrollins 8 months agoI do think this means that unfortunately the majority of asian roles are going to the handful of Asian actors who were in Crazy Rich Asians. There should be an Impossible Difficulty challenge to find an American-made Hollywood film starring asians who weren't in Crazy Rich Asians.

That's a good question, just saw the announcement today.
IDK, to be honest. The EH community is extremely abrasive for the most part, so I'm worried that if y'all join a free-speech supporting Lemmy, Kbin, or Lotide instance, y'all might drive the admins to crack down a bit and stiffen up their guidelines.
