MacedWindow@lemmy.world 2 months agoThe Monsterdon idea seems like it could work, Ive seen them have a lot of fun with that. Probably wont see a ton of activity the first movie but Im sure itll grow over time.
I’m not against organizing the cytube idea eventually, but its not something Id have time for right now. Ill start looking into whatd take though.

Yea I think a mega thread live watch thing could work well. In part because it’s easy to organise (apart from the scheduling which is always an issue)
Unfortunately lemmy doesn’t have live updates of a mega thread (though it used to). I think it could do with a feature like that though where you can temporarily turn a thread into a live chat.
