Comment on Google Maps tests new pop-up ads that give you an unnecessary detour
kerrigan778@lemmy.world 2 months agoOk, I should clarify, unfortunately I am someone who needs a navigation app that is able to know public transit schedules and routes. Offline is generally not gonna work as it’s vital to have up to date info on rescheduling and rerouting.

I use Transit, and I pay for it. Honestly, for me, it’s well worth the subscription price, and they have treated me well for a very long time. But I get paid may not be for everyone
