Comment on I’ve been locked out of PayPal for years because of their mistake
kinttach@lemm.ee 2 months agoI thought about that, but they ask for enough info that they’d be able to identify me. And then they’d probably ban me. At least right now I have the option of restoring my account, even though I have no intention of doing so.

Woops, I should have considered that. I certainly don’t blame you for not wanting to play their little game of sending them all that bullshit. There’s Venmo and other options anyway.

That’s usually how I pay if someone requests money. Venmo is owned by PayPal but my account there works just fine.
