Air quality is 90 at the moment. Thatâs not really bad for most people, but can be triggering for people with allergies or similar. For context, it was about 160 or so in melb during the 2019/20 bushfires, itâs currently 230 in new Dehli, but itâs 8 in Newcastle and 33 in Sydney

Donât know how itâs Saturday already⊠Anyways, has anybody noticed that the air quality has gone to shit the past day or so? I swear thereâs smoke or something, canât open the windows as the air hurts my throat. Seems to be happening quite a bit the past few months every couple of days. Planned burns?

For me it really depends on what the particulate matter is comprised of. Iâm very sensitive to some things as I can have issues breathing when PM2.5 is around 5 ÎŒg/mÂł depending on whatâs causing it
