I second the Pyrex jugs. I have a 2 cup and a 4 cup.
I found some borosilicate microwave pan thingies but they vary in price and the reasonably priced pans seem to have one style www.amazon.com.au/s?k=borosilicate+microwave+pan&âŚ
There are also ceramic mini cocottes. I think Aldi had some months back but stock seems random

Pyrex is your friend here. Colesworth often has 500 ml measuring jugs in pyrex that work fine for me. And bigger ones too. For lidded stuff, quite a lot of kitchen shops have small casserole dishes in pyrex that have fitted lids. Various sizes from 500 ml upwards. Try Hotel Agencies in Nicholson St Fitzroy or Cedar Hospitality Supplies in Brunswick.
