pict-rs upgraded to 0.5… which is now performing its own backend update. No idea how long it will take… currently ~7%.

pict-rs backend update has some issues. Kept bombing out part way and restarting. Looks like I’ve sorted that now, so the update is progressing without stopping.
Next up will be an upgrade to postgres 16, which will require some site downtime.

pict-rs backend update is now complete. Image functionality should be pretty much normal again now.
