As he brings up in the video, this is no doubt a result of valuing quantity over quality.
The more videos you churn out, the more employees you need to hire to manage the load.
But the more employees you hire, the more money the company needs to make to support them, necessitating more videos to generate revenue.

He talked about this in last week’s WAN Show.
He explained that LTT has reached a saturation point in terms of viewership, and the only way to get more views is through quantity.
At least he’s blunt about it. Maybe the solution is to focus more on the entertainment style videos and diverge from serious graph-driven content

Being blunt about it doesn’t make it better. He’s clearly, consciously deciding that he’d rather fill the board than do good work. It’s the kind of thing he’s criticized other companies for in the past.
I mean it’s fine if that’s the kind of business he wants to run but then he can’t be upset when folks like me say “nah”.
