I hope China stays the fuck out of Taiwan after this. Some people saying China is waiting to see what happens to Russia and then they are gonna invade Taiwan.

Taiwan is a beautiful country. Real gem in the mandarin speaking world. Its cheap to visit, you can use the western internet without a VPN. The people are nice and helpful. Beautiful Buddhist temples every where. Parks and mountains. They make PC gaming parts.
CCP is gonna roll up put up their giant firewall, claim every Taiwanese success was due to the CCP and destroy all their political social freedoms while looking the other way on prostitution because the CCP needs its whores.

Ukraine had an extremely long border with open flat land, that makes it easy for tanks to roll straight from Moscow.
Taiwan is hard to invade. Yes, China can bomb them with artillery from the mainland, but to land large amount of troops and vehicles, they need to cross the water that can be mined. Limited landing zones are chokepoints. Taiwan has a lot of natural fortifications in mountains. A population of 23 million means lots of insurgency.

An unarmed population is just slaughter during war.

There are a lot of international ships around the straits of Taiwan, and wind farms. I'm in the vicinity. CCP would use a lot of commercial ships to land.
