But remember it was sweat and tears of the people who made it possible. Unless you come to a one-of-a-kind artisan bakery, your croissant is almost certainly made on the factory, very likely in the night shift, delivered as semi-finished product, and put into oven in the place you consider “bakery” by the angry people who had to get up at 4am to do it.

Haha, yes I live in France 😉 I have one I go to for baguettes, one for rye bread and cookies, one for “tarte au citron” 😍🍪🥖 I’d happily teleport a fresh baguette to you if I could!
