P0rkduck@lemm.ee 1 month agoI’ve also done this to quit vaping. I’ve quit cold turkey a couple times, but diluting like this was by far easier for me. Still difficult, especially when going to zero nic, but it worked.

For sure, if cold turkey hasn’t worked for someone, I would recommend this option. As hard as it was, it actually stuck (haven’t had nic in several years), unlike the hundreds of other times I tried to quit
