Matrix or XMPP come to mind. There’s a special field in the Lemmy profile page to fill in your Matrix ID if you want to advocate more secure messaging on here.

matrix is the most known one, it has all of discord’s feature, but I don’t know about voice.

it supports it through jitsi meet i think for group chats, but 1 on 1 it seems to do something different, though it’s been a while since I tested
