I love Townsend’s videos, and learned something new. Always thought Welsh rabbit contained actual rabbit, rather than being a cheese sauce on toast, now I’ll have to try making it!

I think that’s how most people hear it originally and think that as a result, myself included, but it’s actually Welsh rarebit. And then you go, WTF is rarebit?
