GBU_28@lemm.ee 2 weeks agoHuh? Rates are crazy but you don’t need much to get into a reasonable loan. If they had a semi decent job, say, 75k a year, and legit only paid for the things they mentioned, they’d have enough for a down payment on a modest place ez.

Portugal is like the EU king of living with your parents until mid 20’s though, that has nothing to do with career points.
