You dont get to pick and chose what disasters happen while you’re President. You roll with the hand your dealt. Cadet Bone Spur rolled global pandemic (after eliminating the pandemic response plans enacted by Bush).

The plans were by Obama and Trump didn’t ignore it. Fauci did. Trump has little authority over a pandemic. That’s the role of the states.
