You might have more luck with the HACC/PYP services, or a GP clinic, even if you can reduce the dressing frequency to 2nd daily. Itâll probably be Bolton Clarke. They should have the ability for you to pay a fee for service, but they are a private company and can be pricey. Its worth a look though. And itâs a shame youâre not further out, weâd be happy to look after your butt crack for whatever you could afford!
