I just finished watching the video. It does a good deep dive into the money behind Kurzgesagt. Makes me sad, because I enjoyed a number of Kurzgesagt videos in the past. Not gonna watch them anymore.

For what it’s worth, they claim one of their conditions for receiving money is complete editorial independence.
