I see the opposite. You have to earn the right to have free speech.

And no ruse. If you want to talk about normal shit, then nothing changes. But if you want to do more, then subscribe (helps keep riff-raff out), undergo background checks to make sure you are worthy of free speech and don't want to take ours, etc. And surely there has to be a way to do it equally to not get complaints. I'd propose maybe some AI to get to learn the people who participate and see who would benefit from the other places. However, it would have to be manually approved since bots can miss sarcasm, subtleties, trolling, etc.
