Teppichbrand@feddit.de 3 months agoI know all of this! I just refuse to lay down and give up like a rabbit in the headlights. We’re not hungry, not cold, not in survival-mode, yet. We’re still the lucky ones, so let’s live up to that. You can cry when our time has actually come.

I’m not crying. I came to terms with collapse 5 years ago. I love my children, we have fun and discuss the world’s situations. But I don’t give them false hope. I’m preparing them to live in a sustainable community. “Doomer” is a made up word that only serves apathy. Fight for change to mitigate the damage.
