Actually incorrect. That would be beyond a reasonable doubt. The Burden for civil court is the preponderance of evidence.
If trump was convicted of the crime if rape. I wouldn’t vote for him but that hasn’t happened. Odd she didn’t want to press criminal charges. You’d think she’d want him in prison for raping her even though she doesn’t know when it happened and still posed with him afterwards. That’s clown world in a nutshell

She didn’t press criminal charges due to the statue of limitations for criminal rape in NY. That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, that means she waited too long to be able to.
If you’re going there then you need to ask why the same didn’t happen with Tara Reade, but that doesn’t matter because at least we know Trump did it, as per the Jury findings.
