wintermute_oregon@lemm.ee 6 months agoHahaha. You don’t know ANYone “educated” that would call someone who intentionally killed someone, but was convicted of a lower crime, a murderer. Ok sure. What lower crime was he convicted of? I am not aware that OJ has been convicted of any crime.
No one’s talking about a court, we’re talking about casual discourse between civilians. Oh wait, except for the court that found trump responsible for sexual abuse Trump is legally libel for sexual abuse. The jury agreed with the lack of evidence and still came to the conclusion it happened. I don’t deny that at all.

What does this even mean? The jury found him liable for sexual abuse. What crazy mental gymnastics are you doing to suggest that they “agreed with the lack of evidence”?

Any reasonable person with a hint of intelligence would have told her to go pound sand. Basically her evidence was she said it happened. Nothing else.
There is no way to defend yourself from such insanity.
