Comment on People are, as a rule, small and obedient creatures. They like to be told what to do. Shortsighted and small-minded. And, in packs, vicious yapping beasts. How do you resolve this?

i think the term youre looking for is 'socially structured species'. no real reason to describe it like you do though.. not sure why you needed to use those leading terms
