Remember folks, it’s a crime to force a baker to bake a cake for a gay person, but totally fine to force a company to employ a bigot against their will.

I think the point here is to force Disney to not fire someone for political beliefs, not to force Disney to hire someone. Pretty sure Gina Carano said she'd never work with Disney again after what happened, which is one reason why I'm pretty surprised by this news.
