There seems to be a federation issue with lemmy.ml indeed, I have the impression none of todays posts and comments to lemmy.ml communities from within lemmy.world went through.

hope it improves - hard to build on something when major federated instances have a broken connection with each other.
early days, though… still in a zero-point-X release state, I guess.
