Devs are sneering now?

“Managers have it tough”. Gosh I wonder what job title the author has.

A lot of these job suck, but shit rolls downhill.

If the Dev’s job sucks, it’s inevitably because the manager is letting them down (overcommiting to projects, usually).

If the manager’s job sucks, it’s because the manager above them sucks.
