Maybe it was the part where a third party was also upset about the illegally parked cars, much like everyone in this thread? All seems pretty vanilla to me.

It isn’t since herculean task unless you have bad social anxiety. Mentioning it at the customer service desk as you walk in to do your shopping is probably less effort than taking a picture and positing it here.
