Made some coriander / mint chutney last night for the first time.

Almost like the stuff from indian joints… ^so^ ^close^.

Think I will freeze the excess coriander in icecube trays, 1/3 in water, 1/3 in lemon, rest in avo. or peanut oil.

Tonight we attempt coriander pesto.
