Ew is hard, you can’t really saturate the whole spectrum, and it’s pretty easy to adapt to by changing frequencies.

Its also why a lot of the small combat drones use spools of fiber optic cable. Cant jam a radio frequency if there isint one

Small here is at least 10” (and nobody uses it on them) and more often 15"/17"/22”. Fiber is expensive and using <20km is not viable. It weights a lot, it creates bigger profile, etc., etc.
