  Orgasm can occur unwillingly too, but not by being fucked out of a person. In rare circumstances, stress/anxiety can lead to orgasm.

  I’m sure you didn’t mean it this way but this question is kind of about consent and / or rape.

  Feeling aroused while being raped is a common source of guilt on the part of the victim. This is well documented. You could google it if you’re curious about that.
