Nope. Terre Haute, Indiana. It was so bad in 2011 that it made the New York Times and it’s not much better today. nytimes.com/…/terre-haute-battles-crow-problem-th…
I like corvids a lot, but it’s kind of nuts. Here’s a picture from the local newspaper and it doesn’t even come close to showing the problem:

Thankfully, there are only a handful in my neighborhood.
