RBWells@lemmy.world 1 week agoThat’s gene editing, not eugenics. Taking an already created embryo and messing with it would be gene editing.
Eugenics is a government deciding you have undesirable characteristics so they sterilize you, or deciding you have desirable characteristics so they breed you.
