My guess is that it is “Nut” as the slang term for your head.

As a professional American Sign Language interpreter I always find other manual languages fascinating. Is that nut the food, nut like nuts and bolts, nut like the thing on a violin, nut the testicle, nut like crazy, or nut like, busting one?

Great point. If there isn’t a definition of the word to accompany the image, then this is a terrible dictionary.
