Think the hyperbolic conflation of questioning a therapists role in society with seeing them as part of an illuminati conspiracy set a difficult tone. Man, I don’t know… “I’m sorry if I made you feel like a simpleton” sounds patronizing as fuck, and I’m not sure they deserve the benefit of the doubt that you’ve given them.

Yeah, I wasn’t going to get precise about it, but technically they didn’t make me feel like a simpleton, just made me feel like they thought I was a simpleton, lmao. But its all good.
