Any Anarchist or Democratic Socialist with two brain cells to rub together sees that a mutual defense pact just makes sense and has prevented war and will prevent further war. But Tankies? They fucking hate that shit with a burning passion, because it prevents expansion by Russia and China.
To put it this way: TikTok, an short form video feed operated out of Beijing now and for its entire history, endorsed and thanked Donald Trump by name. They thanked him for saving the platform, which had voluntarily shut down before the election, before he was even inaugurated.
