Like, why not go with something pretty much everyone agrees generally is great like a Ghibli film? What made you choose THIS anime of all things?

You know what? Fair! I’m also guilty of generally not liking something, experiencing something related to it and just completely forgetting the association when I end up liking it. Kiki’s Delivery Service is my personal fave, so when you get the chance I really hope you enjoy!
I agree with what the other person said. You might click more with seinen anime, which tend to include much more adult oriented conflicts. But you enjoy interpersonal drama/romance though, josei anime is extremely underrated since it’s usually aimed towards women.
