The whole point of the post is to make fun of a French product that has a French name. Why are we as English speakers allowed to make fun of how other languages sound to us? Then, separately, we have no need to know how they’re actually pronounced or what they mean? What gives us that privilege, without anyone else being allowed to comment otherwise? Are we that exclusive?

I’m not sure what the argument is, but the original comment simply stated that the joke only makes sense if you don’t know French (I also don’t know French, and it took me 5 seconds to find out that “la roche” means the “rock,” so i realized oh they’re making fun of how French sounds).
