kahjtheundedicated@lemmy.world 9 hours agoGood to know. I do remember dropping it because it felt like I could watch 10 episodes and nothing happened. And sometimes I would just scrub through an episode to see if it’s still the same fight and pretty much just skip it.
When they weren’t fighting for 20 episodes at a time it was a fun show, but ehh idk if I’ll ever get back into it

Yeah, that definitely became the creator’s favorite way to stretch things out. The Wano arc had one big fight toward the end that went on for around 80 episodes… There were several different people fighting in different locations, but it was still way too long. I haven’t seen the “One Pace” edit that someone else brought up in this thread, but it sounds like it cut out a lot of that unnecessary filler.
