I’d say i’m 3-4, i can tolerate kids but i find them annoying.

I have a daughter and step daughter and while both were calm and sweet when they were younger the teen disease seems to have changed one of them and the other one is on her way.

Step daughter turned 15 a few months ago and for the past 2 years i’d say she’s becoming a bigger foul-mouthed asshole than i thought possible and daughter will turn 10 in a few months and i’m just waiting for the outbursts to start.

Kids don’t deserve to be raped or murdered but they are ungrateful assholes that think money grows on trees.

  Yes, and they were an ungrateful asshole who thought money grew on trees. Now they are an ungrateful asshole who thought parenting would be all puppies and rainbows.

    If you must know i spent 4 years without power or running water 1991-1995 due to a war.
    
    My father never really contributed to the household before or after the war and 1997 my parents separated.
    
    After my mother remarried she and my stepdad were taking loans left and right until everything went to shit and we didn’t have food, running water or power.
    
    While everything is stable now my childhood wasn’t “puppies and rainbows”.
    
    So have your presumptions if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Im not sure how to say this but if your daughters grown up to be “ungrateful assholes” that is partially on you. Not all of it. Try to get it through how is your financial situation is. A 15 year old can understand way more than we give them credit for. If they think you are in the same team, they will look things from your perspective more. Saying how you grown up is not something they can relate to, they didn’t experienced that personaly.
