How would limited liability punish CEOs? You realize thats the government and the courts job right? It’s a failure for the legislators who wrote the laws. did you vote last year or are you still waiting for your balls to drop?

It’s mere existence stands in the way of being able to effectively punish CEOs in the way they should be in a just world. We don’t live in a just world, which is why we have limited liability protections. To limit liability they otherwise would have as an individual.
