Comment on France says EU’s ‘Made in Europe’ law should not include the UK
mannycalavera@feddit.uk 5 days agoWhat he needs is a tiny little asterisk with a note saying: By Europe we actually only mean EU member states and not any other country geographically located in Europe but outside the EU, like Switzerland.
You know, for the people that don’t understand how geography works.

I agree with this. I would think most people would see made in EU they would assume made in EU member states. I could be giving most people too much credit though. idk I overthink and complicate things sometimes, I guess it really doesnt matter, why not just say made in germany or whatever because you dont have tags that say made in asia or at least I’ve never seen one
