Unless you have some serious credentials or history with the company - they’re not going to shell out money for your move. You’re disposable.

Yes, not everyone can, but it’s not impossible. I did. At that point I was 3 years working in that company. I was fortunate that my boss and his boss were very supportive and happy to help.
