My Roombas seem to randomly oscillate between âsystematically cleaning every inch of the floorâ and ârandomly bumbling around the room, often dying nowhere near the baseâ. Yesterday I saw a new issue. The newer Roomba failed to run as scheduled. Checked the app and it says the robot is cleaning. Went and checked and it was sitting perfectly still on the base, just with the light on that it uses to light up dim rooms. In general if either of mine run three times in a row without multiple points of needing help, itâs a âwinâ. As far as cleaning all the details, I gave up on that long ago. I could notice a piece of debris on the floor which stays through multiple cycles. On carpet and hardwood. I got suckered into buying a second one somehow but I wonât make the mistake a third time.
