He was arrested after the fact for one specific action he filmed himself doing, and the blow up of this on social media and the news. My point is that he managed to bring together many masked and black clothed men together, which seemed to surprise the police, whereas he has been acting in plain sight the entire time so maybe they are not focussing on these true acts of terrorism that’s been happening all across the country for some time.
