I think higher dose pieces should be available. 300 gummies are a lot and someone who’s on chemo will struggle to put down a ton of small candies. I just think that it should have low dose options available and boldly state on the front (and back) of the package the content per individual piece. It should also have a standardized dose recommendation.

If it was saying “1mg, very low dose, perfect for beginners and fine tuning” “5mg, low dose for regular users” “10mg, medium dose for frequent users” etc then I’m totally cool with it.

Fundamentally, it should be like with everclear. A 21 year old can just buy some everclear, but it isn’t being coy about the fact that it’s over 2x the abv of hard liquor. And in general I’m in favor of alcohol also having to openly display proof or abv.
