Comment on How hard is it for an American citizen to become a Canadian citizen? Or get dual citizenship?
scutiger@lemmy.world 2 days agoYou can apply for permanent residency after a certain number of years living in Canada legally, but citizenship is more difficult to obtain. You get extra points if you studied there, and it’s definitely easier if you marry a local.
