Comment on Why isn't overdosing on Illegal Narcotics a crime? Technically they are in your position. If they blood test you for acting weird in public, they get you for public intox...and driving you get a DUI?

  That’s what I don’t get if you go to the health department they give our free condoms and such. But you can’t get free Narcan to help a family member from dieing which is messed up.

    Depending on country you can get narcan, not sure if for free but it’s a thing or at least used to be

      Yep, locality-dependent, but it happens. My state will give Narcan to anyone who is willing to take a class on recognizing and treating an overdose.
