There’s an easy solution to this that everyone is ignoring. Put a power drill on a table between the bathrooms. Everyone has to pick it up before they go in. If you press the trigger twice when you pick it up you’re a man, everyone else uses the other bathroom. Problem solved, no invasion of privacy.
