How is even the green party transphobic now? I’m actually shocked

Not only is it incredibly disappointing to find out, it’s absolutely going to massacre their support. Most of the TERFs are comfortably voting for the right wing parties, they are never in a million years voting for the greens.

Scottish Greens suspend ties with Green Party of England and Wales

The formal association between the parties was suspended over concerns of transphobia

Members stated that office-bearers of the Green Party of England and Wales had engaged in “transphobic rhetoric and conduct”, and claimed that the independence of the Scottish Greens had been ignored.

They also underlined the importance of protecting the rights of transgender people to gender affirming healthcare.
