I quite of have the same feeling..

It'd be something close to "self-nihilification" and "ego dissolution", except the thing you're describing is the feeling itself, to which I'd coin the words "egonihiliphily" (fondness/love towards the own nihilification) or "egonihilipathy" (pathos after one's own nihilification).

Latin and Greek words make interesting jigsaw pieces oftentimes. (Also, I wonder if there's a German sehrlangeszusammengesetzteswort too, as I often hear "there's always a German word for it")
